Healing doesn’t begin when life gets easier.
It begins when you decide to lead yourself.

I’m Dr. Marga Macias - pediatrician, author, and mentor. I help people rebuild their health, resilience, and sense of direction after life has shaken them.

30+ years in medicine | A survivor of burnout, abuse, and a ruptured brain aneurysm | A lifelong student of healing - medical and beyond.

I bring both clinical training and lived experience to the work I do.

What I Do

I work with people who feel:

A white silhouette of a person sitting on a stool, leaning forward with elbows resting on knees and head in hands, conveying a sense of sadness or contemplation, on a black background.

Exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves

Stuck in patterns that no longer serve them

Ready to take responsibility for their health and life, but unsure where to begin

My work focuses on:

Nervous system regulation

Emotional and mental resilience

Epigenetic and energy-based healing

Accountability and daily self-leadership

My Story

I’m Dr. Marga Macias - a pediatrician, author, mother of two, and survivor of experiences that changed how I understand health, strength, and healing.

I was raised by two hardworking parents who believed deeply in discipline, sacrifice, and doing what was expected. Like them, I became a doctor. I didn’t take shortcuts. I worked hard. I kept going.

From the outside, I looked accomplished.
Inside, I was slowly losing myself.

I survived an abusive marriage, years of fear and silence, professional burnout, and a ruptured brain aneurysm that nearly ended my life at forty-five. I faced moments where continuing felt harder than giving up.

What kept me here was my children and later, a growing belief that I still had work to do.

That belief changed everything.

How I Share What I’ve Learned

Published Author

I write for people who feel exhausted from trying to “get it right” and still feeling stuck. My books are reflections on resilience, responsibility, healing, and the lessons life teaches when we are paying attention.

They are not about perfection.

They are about honesty, growth, and choosing to move forward even when it’s hard.

Public Speaker

I speak to audiences about resilience, accountability, healing, and rebuilding after adversity.

My talks are rooted in lived experience and decades in medicine.

The goal is not inspiration for a moment, but insight that stays with you long after the room is quiet.

Certified Coach

I mentor individuals and leaders who are ready to take responsibility for their health, mindset, and direction in life.

My approach is practical and grounded.
We focus on patterns, daily choices, and self-leadership and no quick fixes.

Change happens when you are willing to show up consistently for yourself.

Epigenetic Energy Practitioner

My work explores how experiences, stress, beliefs, and lifestyle choices influence health at a deeper level.

Healing is not only physical. It involves the nervous system, emotions, energy, and the stories we carry in our bodies.

This approach supports a more complete, holistic way of improving quality of life.

Epigenetic Energy

Epigenetic Energy •

My approach focuses on understanding and working with the influence of environmental and emotional factors on gene expression.

I stayed alive for my children.
Then I stayed because I realized I mattered too.

Over time, my purpose expanded.

I do this work:

For people who feel trapped

For those who are tired of surviving

For anyone who needs proof that life can change

You don’t have to wait for a crisis to begin again.
But if you’re already there, you don’t have to do it alone.
